Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Dekto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Dekto is operated by Rodion Gorshkov ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is available to users who are 18 years of age or older, or who have parental consent if under 18.

Dekto is an AI-powered B2B lead generation platform that:

• Monitors public sources including Product Hunt, Hacker News + Builder Community's, Reddit, Twitter/X, and Crunchbase
• Identifies buying intent signals using artificial intelligence
• Delivers qualified leads with decision-maker contact information
• Generates personalized outreach messages

We only process publicly available information. We do not scrape private data or bypass any platform's terms of service.

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Starter plan features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.

3.2 Billing

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the Starter plan at $29/month.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, threaten, or harm individuals found through the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5.1 Your Data

We store your account information, ICP profiles, and found leads securely in our database. You own your data.

5.2 Public Data We Process

Dekto processes publicly available information from third-party platforms. We do not store personal data of individuals without their knowledge beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

5.3 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@dekto.io or through account settings. We will process requests within 30 days.

6.1 Lead Analysis

Our AI analyzes publicly available content to identify potential leads. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be reviewed before use.

6.2 Outreach Messages

AI-generated outreach messages are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and personalizing messages before sending. You are responsible for compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

The Dekto platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Accuracy of leads or contact information
• Results from outreach campaigns
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
